The hotel is nicely located close to the beach and city center. the rooms are comfortable with good a/c and a nice view. the breakfast is delicious with friendly waiters serving. the swimming pool area is very relaxing with good facilities, and the staff is accommodating and friendly.
There was a lack of communication about the restaurant and bar being closed on Sundays, which made it difficult with children.

The hotel provided a perfect romantic escape for us. We loved the comfortable beds and the fact that the air conditioning kept the room cool throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was also perfect since it was far enough from the busy center to be quiet and peaceful, yet close enough for us to walk to restaurants and the beach.
As a result, it was complicated for us to find a place to eat with our 15-month-old baby.

This hotel is a true luxurious gem! Our stay here was absolutely magnificent. the exclusive amenities fulfilled all our needs. the spa and wellness centre, sauna and massage were divine. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were exceptional. the location advantages were ideal, within walking distance to the beach and city center. the restaurant offered special diet menus and served in-room breakfast. the private facilities were first-class.
The only minor issue was that the poolside snack bar was closed on some days. We were not informed beforehand and had to make alternative arrangements.

I loved the peaceful location of the hotel. It was just a short walk away from the city center, making it very convenient. The rooms were great with comfortable beds and a good air-conditioning system. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, despite the language barriers.

Had a nice time during my Christmas stay at this hotel. The breakfast served by the friendly waiters was really good. I loved the fact that the swimming pool was located so close to the beach and the city center, which made it easy for me to enjoy the local culture. I also really appreciated the comfortable beds in the rooms.
I was disappointed that on one day of my stay the restaurant and bar were unexpectedly closed, and I was not informed beforehand. This made it hard for me to navigate, especially since I was traveling with a small baby.
